Executive Coaching
We work with organizational leaders using the following 3-step process:
Complete Everything DiSC Online Assessment and answer pre-initial coaching session questions.*
In-person executive coaching session to analyze EverythingDiSC online assessment report, discuss answers to questions and develop an action plan going forward.
Based on the executive coaching package selected, hold telephone calls on an ongoing and as-needed basis to discuss progress, problems, challenges, etc.
*Questions include:
• What are your top three strengths, weaknesses and growth opportunities?
• What would you like to get from this coaching experience?
• How can I help you get the most from this coaching experience?
