A native of Rhode Island, Ray earned a BA in psychology and business administration from Roger Williams University. He honed his management and coaching skills while serving 12 years in various management positions within corporate America, before leaving to found Skill Track.
In addition to being a senior fellow at the Business Learning Institute, Ray also is a member of the National Speakers Association, the International Federation for Professional Speakers, the Association for Talent Development, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
